About the Practice
Primary Eyecare Professionals was opened in September 2005 by Drs. Steven Guzik and Don LoConte, just across the street from its current location.
With over ten years of experience between them, Drs. Guzik and LoConte decided to open their own office near the the heart of Frankfort to serve a growing need for a growing community.
In October 2012, the practice was relocated to its current location in order to better accommodate an expanding patient base.
When Dr. LoConte departed in 2016, Dr. Guzik took on the role of sole owner and practitioner.
Today, Dr. Guzik remains dedicated to the mission of providing Frankfort and its surrounding communities with top-tier eyecare services and goods. Primary Eyecare Professionals continues to offer the latest in eyecare technology and a truly personalized experience to fit each of our patients' individual needs.

PEP opens its doors for the first time.
2012
Needing more room for an expanding practice, PEP relocates to our current location.
September 2015
PEP celebrates our 10 Year Anniversary as part of the annual Frankfort Fall Fest Parade.
June 2017
Dr. Guzik becomes sole owner and practitioner of PEP.
May 2020
PEP wins Best of Frankfort Awards in the category of Doctors & Clinics.
May 2021
